Through the work I have done with Jo, I have decided to take control of my life using small steps. It has been an amazing journey of rediscovery for me, and instead of freaking out when I have attempted life changing leaps, these small steps have helped me to stay focussed and complete each task I set myself. For the first time in Years I feel like I am in control of my life and am happy to be fully accountable for my actions and decisions. The little spark I lost has begun to burn brightly again. For me it's not how quickly you make the changes, but that you do make them and never turn back.
